About Our Concrete Company in Costa Mesa

From a new driveway to a backyard full of fresh concrete, we plan every job at your home around a schedule you can actually use. Before work starts you get a realistic timeline, each crew day comes with an arrival window, and if anything shifts, we call you.

Why We Work the Way We Do

Concrete is a trade that runs on timing. Forms have to be set and checked, the base has to be graded and compacted, and the ready-mix truck has to show up when the crew is ready for it. Once the mix is in the forms, there is a short window to place, finish and cure it right. When one step slips, everything after it moves too.

A lot of homeowners have been through a project where the crew didn't show, nobody called, and the yard sat torn up for days. We would rather tell you honestly that a job takes longer than promise a fast finish we can't keep. So we lay out each stage before we start: demolition and prep, form work, pour day, and how long the slab needs before you walk on it, set furniture on it or drive on it.

Plans still change sometimes. A truck runs late, a forecast turns, or we find soft soil under an old slab that needs more base. When that happens, you hear it from us first, with the reason and the new date.

What You Can Expect From Us

A timeline written before we start

Your estimate includes the order of work and roughly how many days each part takes. You can plan around it, whether that means parking on the street for a week or keeping the dog inside on pour day.

Arrival windows, not guesses

We give you a window for when the crew will arrive each day. If we are running behind, we call before the window closes, not after.

Updates when something changes

Weather, material delays and what we find under old concrete can all move a date. We explain what happened, what it means for your schedule and any change to the cost before we go ahead.

A clean site at the end of each day

Tools get put away, walkways stay clear where we can manage it, and we haul off the broken concrete and leftover material when the job wraps up.

Where We Pour

We work at homes across Costa Mesa and nearby towns, including Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Irvine, Fountain Valley, Tustin and Orange. Our coastal mornings are often cool and damp while afternoons can run warm, and that changes how fast concrete sets. We plan pour times around it so the surface finishes evenly, and we let you know the start time a day ahead.

Most of what we build sits outside your home. That might be a new driveway or garage floor, a patio, courtyard or pool deck, a full concrete backyard, or decorative stamped concrete. We also form steps and stairs, pave narrow side yards, lay walkways and sidewalks, and pour plain slabs and pads sized for parking an RV. Each service has its own page covering prep, timing and what affects the cost.
