Costa Mesa Concrete Contractor Serving the Surrounding Cities
Our crews build new driveways, patios, walkways and pool decks at homes across Costa Mesa and the cities around it. Wherever you live, you get a start date we can keep, a clear arrival window on pour day and a call from us if anything has to shift.

Where we work
Costa Mesa is home base, and most of our days are spent within a short drive of it. We regularly work in Santa Ana, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley, and we take projects in Irvine, Tustin, North Tustin and Orange as well. Garden Grove and Westminster are on our regular routes too.
Keeping our jobs close together is part of how we keep a schedule honest. Less time on the freeway means crews show up when we said they would. That matters on pour day, because the mix starts setting once it is batched and the truck needs to reach your street on time. If your town is not listed, ask when you call. We will tell you plainly whether we can fit your project in, and when.

What we plan for across the area
- Housing age
- Many homes around here were built from the 1950s through the 1970s, with newer planned communities mixed in. Older properties often have original driveways and walkways that have cracked, settled or been lifted by tree roots, so tear-out and haul-off become part of the plan. Newer homes tend to have tighter side yards, which means more thought about access and drainage toward the street.
- Weather and pour timing
- The mild climate lets us pour for most of the year, which helps keep start dates steady. Hot, dry stretches in late summer can make concrete set faster than we want, so we may schedule an early-morning start. Winter storms are the main thing that pushes a pour. When rain is in the forecast, we call you to reschedule before anyone shows up to a site that is not ready.
- Soil and base prep
- Clay soils are common in many parts of the county, and clay swells when wet and shrinks as it dries. We compact the base, add rebar or wire where the job needs it and cut control joints so any movement happens where it should.
- HOA and permits
- Many neighborhoods have an HOA with rules on color, finish or stamped patterns, and some boards take a few weeks to approve plans. Work that touches the public sidewalk or the driveway approach usually needs a city permit. We handle the permit when your project calls for one and build both steps into your timeline, so the start date we give you is one we can keep.
