What Happens When You Call

We start by asking about the job: a new driveway, a patio, a pool deck, steps or something else on our services list. We want to know roughly how big the area is, what is there now and when you hope to have it done. Then we pick a day to come out and measure, and we give you an arrival window you can actually plan around instead of a vague guess.

After the visit, we walk you through the scope and how long each stage takes, from removal and grading to forming, the pour and cure time before you can walk or drive on it. Concrete work depends on weather and on delivery slots, so if something shifts on our end, we let you know by phone as soon as we know and give you the new plan. You will not be left waiting in the driveway wondering where the crew is.

Handy Details to Have Before You Phone

1. Approximate dimensions of the space, measured with a tape or counted out in footsteps, help us judge the scope.
2. A note on what covers that spot today, such as old concrete, pavers, lawn or bare soil.
3. Any finish you like the look of, from a plain broom finish to stamped concrete.
4. The dates you are working around, plus the days someone can be home when we come by to look.
